Order

+ Can I change, add products or remove my order?

As long as you have not completed your purchase, you can add and remove items. Immediately after you complete the purchase, we start packing your order and ship as soon as possible. Regular shippingdays are Wednesdays meaning the shipments usually arrives on either Thursdag or Friday.

+ What are the costs?

You always see the total price at the checkout before you pay. To get there, click on the "Shopping Cart" in the upper right corner of the screen. At the checkout you will then see the total price of the goods you have ordered, shipping and any extra charges if you for example have chosen home delivery.

Free shipping is valid on all orders.

Other fees that may apply:

  • • Home delivery comes at an extra cost (see your cost upon checkout).
  • Unresolved packages SEK 250

+ Can I order as a corporate customer?

No, unfortunately, this is not a feature that our payment providers currently offer.

+ I am interested in becoming a retailer of Urban Peer's products, what do I do now?

How fun! Please send an e-mail to info@urbanpeers.se and we will review the possibilities for a collaboration.

Payment

+ What payment methods are there?

Card payment, as well as direct or partial payment via Klarna.

+ Why haven't I received my invoice?

All invoices come from Shopify or Klarna by e-mail. You can also see all invoices at Klarna when logging into their site or in the app.

+ Can I split the payment?

You can part your payments via your Klarna account. Then however there will be an extra charge of SEK 29.

You can pay off the entire remaining debt at any time. This will automatically close your account at Klarna. For more info on Klarnaklicka här.

+ Why am I declined upon checkout to pay by invoice / account?

Since all purchases go through Shopify and Klarna, you must contact them if your purchase is denied.

Returns

+ Can I undo my purchase?

Products specially made for a specific customer do not apply to exchange rights, open purchase or right of withdrawal. Goods that fall under the food & beverages category are also exempt from the right of withdrawal.

For other products (such as bar accessories or clothing), the right of withdrawal is 14 days from receipt of the item. Then you as a customer have to pay for the freight to us with the appropriate transport method. Pack well.

If you would like us to send a prepaid return shipping bill we charge SEK 99 incl. VAT.

+ What to do if my package is damaged during transport?

If the package and / or content is damaged when you are going to collect the shipment, you should not accept & receive it, but send it back directly to us as a complaint. Then contact customer service at info@urbanpeers.se with information on this. If you have retrieved a damaged package, you have accepted it in existing condition.

+ What do I do if i want submit a claim on a faulty item?

Contact us as soon as you discover the error. We need pictures of the product and the error you want to advertise. We handle each complaint individually and will return to you as soon as we have made an assessment. Save your delivery note / receipt until the complaint is complete. Of course, with approved complaints, we are responsible for shipping, return shipping and costs related to the product you have returned.

+ What does the return cost?

In cases where there is a transport damage to the goods, or if we sent the wrong product, the return is always free of charge.

For products subject to the right of withdrawal (eg bar accessories or clothing), the right of withdrawal is 14 days from receipt of the item. Then you as a customer can pay for the freight to us with the appropriate transport method. Pack well.

Deliveries

+ What is the price of my delivery?

IIn Sweden we offer free shipping to a nearby pick-up station. For home deliveries your specific price will be upon checkout. ​

+ What delivery options are available?

In this place it is easy to shop! With the help of Sendify we will ensure that your package arrives quickly to you.

Sendify

Sendify allow us to pick from the quickest and most cost effective deliveries from any shipping company. Depending on your location the price & carrier of your shipment might vary. The price of your shipment is presented upon checkout.

+ What do I do if I receive the wrong item?

If you received the wrong item in your package, you must return the incorrect item to us. Contact us and we will make sure you get a return note for you. Fill out the return form with the faulty condition and return the package to the agent. When returning to us, the missing item will be removed from your order.

To get the right item sent, you need to place a new order on it. If it has changed in price or if there is extra shipping, please contact us at info@urbanpeers.se and we will correct the price directly for you with our payment partners. Make sure to present your order number.

+ When do I receive my package?

Swedish customers can expect their delivery in 1-2 business days starting from the next upcoming Wednesday. Regular delivery days are Thursday or Friday.

Deliveries to other countries than Sweden are usually delivered within 2-5 business days.

+ May I pick up my package directly at the production site myself?

No, unfortunately our organizational capacity does not allow this.

+ What to do if my package is damaged during transport?
